The client's own controls — and where they stop.
Who this group is for
This group belongs to a client's own admin — the manager at the business, not anyone at the firm. Auditors do not see it, because they manage users from the platform side in Users by Client.
The split is deliberate
A client admin can ask for staff access without waiting on an email
exchange. The firm keeps final say over who can see the books — requests
land in User Requests, and nothing is created
until somebody there approves it.
