Dashboard

Viewing as
Where Sidebar Dashboard

A client's home screen: KPI tiles you pick yourself from a library, scoped to whichever month you select, plus always-on lifetime totals and a low-stock reorder alert. Nothing here is entered — every figure is computed from that client's own books.

First
A new dashboard starts empty, and that is normal. Click Browse KPI Library to pin your first tiles. What you pin is yours — it does not change what anyone else sees.
SCREENSHOT · a populated dashboard showing the month selector, a mix of number, sparkline and ranked-list tiles, and the lifetime totals footer

Around 42 metrics across five groups, so the dashboard shows the part of the business you actually watch.

Sales
Revenue, tax collected broken into CGST, SGST and IGST, invoice count, average invoice value, trends, and splits by buyer type — regular B2B, unregistered B2C, export and deemed export.
Purchases
What the client bought and the input GST on it, including capital goods and ineligible credit.
Expenses
Overheads and their GST.
Compliance
Filing and return-readiness signals, including the GST slab split.
Operations
Day-to-day running figures such as stock.

Which tabs you get Varies by role

The library is role-gated, and this is the single most common source of "why can you see that and I cannot".

  1. Auditors and associates see all five category tabs.
  2. Store admins and users only ever see Sales and Operations. Purchases, Expenses and Compliance are auditor and associate only.
  3. The number in parentheses next to each tab shows how many metrics are available to your role — so two people can read different counts on the same tab.
Note
Auditor-only metrics are marked auditor-only on their card in the editor. A colleague who cannot find a metric you can see is not looking in the wrong place — it is not there for them.

Chooses which month the pinned KPI tiles reflect.

  1. Click a month button to switch the KPI tiles to that month.
  2. Only months with recorded sales, purchase or expense activity are listed — plus the current month, even before anything is booked in it.
Two different scopes on one page
Only the KPI tiles follow this selector. The lifetime totals at the bottom of the page always show all-time figures regardless of the month picked here. Reading a tile and a footer figure as though they cover the same period is the mistake this page invites.

The footer figures recalculate live from the client's data — there is no refresh to press.

  1. All-time invoices counts unique invoice numbers ever raised for this store, excluding cancelled invoices and credit/debit notes.
  2. All-time taxable revenue sums the taxable value across that same set, with the same exclusions.
  3. Customers in master and Stock items count saved records. Cross-check them against Sales Masters and Items if a count looks off.

A View Stock banner appears only when at least one stock item is at or below its reorder level, naming up to four affected items with their on-hand quantity — or out of stock — plus a remaining count. Clicking it jumps to Stock Monitoring, where you can place the reorder.

Note
The threshold comes from each item's own Reorder Level, not from this page. If an item is missing from the alert, or flagging at the wrong point, fix it on the item's record.

Add / Edit KPIs opens the library; Customize rearranges what is already pinned. There is no limit on how many you pin.

  1. In the KPI Editor, click a card to pin it, and click an already-pinned card again to remove it. Nothing applies until you click Save Dashboard.
  2. Click Customize to add drag, resize and remove tools to every tile header. Here, every change applies immediately — there is nothing separate to save.
  3. Drag a tile by the grip handle to reorder it; the others slide out of the way live and the order saves the moment you drop.
  4. Click S / M / L to cycle a tile's size, wrapping back to Small past Large. Click Done when finished.
Note
M and L are the same width — only L makes the tile taller. There is no wider option beyond M.

Quillix has a Reset to defaults in the KPI Editor and a Reset to default on the Customize toolbar. They do different amounts of damage.

Reset to defaults — in the editor
Replaces your draft selection with your role's starting KPI set. It does not touch tile sizes, and it does not take effect until you click Save Dashboard. Clear all beside it empties the draft to zero instead.
Reset to default — on the toolbar
Restores the role's starting KPI set and default tile sizes, discarding every pin, removal, resize and reorder you have made.
No undo
The toolbar reset reverts everything immediately and cannot be undone. Removing a single tile with the × in Customize mode is also immediate and unconfirmed — but it takes only that one tile, leaving every other pin, size and position alone.

Net GST Payable Auditor, associate

The period's net GST position as one large figure — Output GST minus total eligible ITC from purchases and expenses — with Output GST, Eligible ITC and Reversal (4(B)(1)) broken out beneath it. Cross-check it against your own GSTR-3B workings before filing.

₹0 is ambiguous here
A negative net floors the big number at ₹0 and switches its sub-label to ITC Carry-forward instead of Cash outflow needed. So a ₹0 on this tile can mean a real surplus, not zero liability. Read the sub-label, not just the figure.
