The seven reports
Every report runs over the same date range and the same sales data — see Reports & MIS for setting the period and reading the shared columns. What differs is the question each one answers.
HSN / SAC Summary
Sales grouped by HSN or SAC code with the tax on each — the same shape as the HSN table in GSTR-1. Use it to check the HSN summary before filing, or to spot an item with a missing or wrong code.
Sales Register and B2B Invoice Register
Sales Register is the flat, invoice-grouped list for the period — the general transaction listing for the range.
B2B Invoice Register narrows it to registered buyers only. Reach for it when you need just the invoices that will appear in your customer's 2A or 2B — which makes it the natural companion to a 2A/2B reconciliation run from the other side.
Customer-wise Sales Summary
Revenue per customer over the period. Use it to see concentration — which customers actually make up the client's turnover.
High-Value Invoices
Every invoice at or above ₹2,50,000, flagged for TCS review under Section 206C(1H). Each row carries a Review TCS marker.
-
Review the listed invoices for TCS applicability.
-
The threshold is fixed at ₹2,50,000 and is not configurable on this page.
Nil-Rated / Exempt Sales
Supplies carrying no GST — zero-rated and exempt. Use it to check that supplies booked as nil or exempt really are, before those figures reach the return.
Monthly Sales Trend
Revenue and GST month by month, with the movement between months.
-
Read the month-on-month change column to spot a period that jumps or collapses.
-
A sharp movement is usually worth checking against the books before you file that period.
