User Management
Who at this business can sign in to Quillix, and how to ask for another login. You can see your store's users and request new ones; creating the account itself is your audit firm's decision.
See who has access
-
Read the list to check who can currently sign in — name, username and role.
-
An Admin can manage the store; a User has limited, data-entry access.
Request a new login
Submits a request to your audit firm. Nothing is created until they approve it.
-
Fill in the person's full name, a username and their email address.
-
Choose whether they need Admin or User access.
-
Submit the request.
-
Your firm reviews it in their own queue and either approves or declines it.
Why the email is required
It is what the person actually signs in with. Once approved, Quillix emails them a link to
set their own password — you never choose one for them.
If it says the account already exists
That email address already has a Quillix sign-in — either at this store or elsewhere.
-
Check whether the person is already in the user list above, under a different name.
-
If they are not, ask your auditor — the address may be attached to another client.
-
Use a different email address only if the person genuinely has two separate roles.
Do not invent an address to get past it
The sign-in and the mailbox have to match, or the person will
never receive the link to set their password — and you will have created an
account nobody can use.
Track a request you have submitted
-
Check back here to see whether a request is still waiting.
-
If it has been a while, contact your auditor — the request is sitting in their approval queue.
What happens on each outcome
Approval creates the account immediately. A decline can carry a reason, kept
on the request history at the firm's end.
