SCREENSHOT · the platform-mode sidebar, showing Firm Dashboard above the Client Management group and Data Integrity and Settings below it

Quillix has two modes, and every screen in this group belongs to the first one. In platform mode you are the firm: you see your whole client base and none of their day-to-day data. In store mode you are inside one client's books, and the sidebar becomes that client's own pages — Sales, Compliance, Masters and the rest.

Load Client Data is the doorway between them. Nothing else in Quillix switches modes.

Check first
While you are inside a client the top bar shows an Auditor · Impersonating marker naming that client, with an Exit control beside it. It is the one reliable answer to "whose books am I actually in", and it appears only in store mode — so a top bar without it means you are on the firm's own screens. Glance at it before you enter anything.

These are the firm's screens, not the client's. A client's own admins and users never see any of them — the closest they get is asking for a login, which arrives on User Requests for someone at the firm to approve.

Partner or manager
The full platform sidebar. A partner saved with no clients ticked keeps access to every client including ones you add later; tick specific clients to scope them instead.
Associate
A deliberately narrow platform view — Select Client and Settings, and only the clients assigned to them. At least one client is required; Quillix refuses to save an associate without one.
