Firm Dashboard

Where Sidebar Firm Dashboard

The platform-mode home screen — a snapshot of every client store, its users, and anything waiting on your approval. Nothing is entered here and nothing is edited here. Every number on the page is a link in spirit: it tells you which other screen to go and open.

First
This is the firm's screen, not a client's. It counts clients and logins across your whole practice. For one client's own numbers, open that client and read their Dashboard instead.
SCREENSHOT · the Firm Dashboard with the four snapshot tiles across the top and the Store Activity table below

Four tiles across the top of the page.

  1. Active Stores counts client stores currently marked active, with the inactive count called out underneath. A store counts as Active unless it has been explicitly marked Inactive.
  2. Store Users counts everyone in your firm except partners and Quillix staff — so store admins, store users, and any associates.
  3. Total Logins sums the recorded login count across every client store. Use it as a rough activity gauge across the whole client base.
  4. Pending User Requests shows how many store-user creation requests are waiting on your approval. The line underneath reads all caught up once there is nothing left to review.
Easy to misread
The caption under Store Users says "admins + users", but the count also includes associates — so a firm with associates reads higher than that caption suggests. Cross-check against Users by Client if the total looks off.
Note
Total Logins is a lifetime cumulative figure with no period filter on this page, so a store open since day one will naturally outrank a newer one. It is a sign of life, not a measure of this month.

A banner naming any non-auditor user with no email address on file. It only appears when at least one such user exists — no news is no banner.

It matters because a user without an email can only sign in on the device they were first set up on. They are one cleared browser away from being locked out.

  1. Open Users by Client and edit each user named in the banner.
  2. Add their email address.
  3. Quillix creates their sign-in account for them automatically — there is nothing else to do.

Every client store in one table, with its type, active user count, cumulative logins and Active/Inactive status. Two things are worth scanning for.

  1. A store you expected to be Active showing Inactive. Inactive clients also disappear from the client picker, which is usually how this gets noticed — see Manage Clients.
  2. A store showing zero users. Nobody has been added as an admin or user for that client yet, so nobody there can sign in.
